If you no longer need a drone or payload insured, you can remove it so it will not be included in future coverage. The removal process depends on whether your policy is monthly or annual.
Annual policies
For annual policies, drone and payload removal is handled by our support team.
Please email support@skywatch.ai and include the details of the drone and or payload you would like to remove. Once processed, the item will be removed from your policy going forward.
Monthly policies
For monthly policies, drone and payload removal is self service.
When you remove a drone from your hull inventory, it will be excluded starting from the next renewal period. Your current billing cycle will remain unchanged.
You can remove drones from your renewal through the web portal. Here's how:
1. Enter the Policy Management tab.
2. Locate your Current Policy.
3. Click on Renewal Details.
4. Under Renewal Details, press Update Coverage Details.
5. Select the Edit Physical Damage tab, and then click the trash icon to delete the relevant drone from your upcoming policy. Press the pen icon to update the drone's details.
7. Any changes made will be made for your upcoming renewal.
