How do I Submit my Insurance Documents through MyCOI?

SkyWatch supports requests through MyCOI, a third-party platform, to collect and verify insurance documents securely.

If you’ve been asked to submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI) through MyCOI, please follow these steps:

1. Check your email – You may receive a message from MyCOI that includes a unique upload link or portal for your documents.

2. Do not upload documents yourself – Instead, forward that email or link to our team.

3. Contact SkyWatch Support at 📧 support@skywatch.ai and include:

   • Your full name and policy number

   • The organization or contact requesting your insurance

   • The MyCOI link or request email (if provided)

   • Any special wording or requirements

Our team will submit your documents directly to MyCOI and confirm once it’s been completed.
