If your drone was involved in a Hull claim on an active SkyWatch policy, you can replace it by contacting our team at support@skywatch.ai.
If the replacement drone is the same make and model, reach out to us and request a serial number update.
If the new replacement drone is a different make or model, it will need to be added to your policy as a new item. Please note that the Hull premium for an item involved in a claim is fully earned, so the new drone will be added separately with a premium based on its insured value.
