How do I get a copy of my most updated COI from the app or web portal?

If you have made changes recently and need an updated Certificate of Insurance, you can always download your most updated COI directly from the SkyWatch.AI mobile app and web portal. 

Downloading a new COI from the SkyWatch.AI app:

1.  Enter the My Policies tab through the navigation bar
2. Click the three-lined dots on the right-hand side under Current Policies
2. Press the Additional Insured Certificates  button to have the COI open as a link

Downloading a new COI from the SkyWatch.AI Web Portal:

1.  Enter the Policy Management tab through the navigation bar

2. Select Active Policies

3. Click the Download button on the Additional Insureds Certificates section :
