How do I cancel my policy and get a refund?

Monthly & Annual Policy Renewals

• If your policy subscription is active and a recent renewal has occurred, you can cancel and reverse the renewal within 48 hours. To do so:

  1. Access your policy management page through the main portal or via the link in your renewal notice
  2. In the bottom-left section, click the Cancel Policy button (available within the first 48 hours)
  Confirm the cancellation details and submit your request

  3. Your policy will be canceled effective from its start date, and a full refund will be issued to your account within a few days.

On-Demand Policy Cancelations  

• Pre-booked hourly policies can be canceled directly from the app up to five minutes before flying time. A full refund will be given for cancellations of pre-booked policies through the app.
• In the event that you have mistakenly purchased an on-demand hourly policy, you can send a cancellation request to support@skywatch.ai which must be received within 5 minutes of purchase. A cancelation request for an active policy received after 5 minutes cannot be approved. 

Policy Prorated Cancelations

• In the event that you have mistakenly purchased a policy, or need to cancel the remainder of your annual policy term, you can send us a cancellation request through support@skywatch.ai. Please list your policy number and email associated with the account for prompt assistance.
• Note that monthly policies are available in minimal 30 installments.
