Do I need to declare commercial or recreational flights?

When selecting your SkyWatch plan, you’ll be asked to choose your primary type of usage as part of the application. This includes a range of commercial operations, as well as recreational flying.

SkyWatch offers liability drone insurance for both recreational and commercial pilots. Please note that all operating pilots are required to hold a valid Part 107 (RPAC) certification in order to purchase coverage, regardless of usage type.

Hull coverage (physical damage) is also available, though eligibility and insured values may vary depending on the intended use of the drone.
