How do I file a claim?

In the event of a claim, enter our dedicated Claim Portal and follow the given instructions. 

You will be asked to provide: 

1. Contact details
2. Date and time of incident
3. Drone and equipment details 
4. Footage of damaged drone and location of incident
5. Description of the incident 
6. Witnesses contact information
7. Any additional relevant information/documentation 

Once you have submitted your detailed report, a SkyWatch.AI representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
