How do modify my hull insurance? (Mobile app instructions)

If you have purchased a monthly policy with hull insurance you can add another drone or equipment at any time, follow these simple steps below.

You may add or edit your equipment at any time. However, should you want to remove a drone or any equipment, please contact support@skywatch.ai. Once a drone has been added, it will be insured for the remainder of the policy period. Removals will only be applied to upcoming renewals. 

SkyWatch.AI Mobile App 

Step 1: Enter the home screen of the mobile app 

Step 2: Locate and press on the the three dots in the top right corner 

Step 3: Select Update Hull 

Step 4: Adding new hull inventory 
- Press + Add Drone to add another drone 
- Press + Add Equipment to add your new equipment

Step 5: Provide your new hull information
- You will be asked to take a photo of your drone
- Press the ✓ to continue. 

- Enter make, model, serial number, and insured value
- Press confirm to continue

Step 5: Review your newest inventory and press Save
- Please note that changes and charges will be made immediately 

Step 7: Make edits to your existing equipment 
- Change make, model or serial number
- You will not be able to change the insured value of existing drones or equipment
- Press confirm to continue

Step 8: Press Save 

SkyWatch.AI Web Portal

Step 1: Enter the main menu of the web portal. Click on the 'Policy Management' tab. 

Step 2: Locate your active insurance policy
- Press the three dots on the right side 
- Press Update Hull

Step 3: Hull insurance setup 
- Press + Add Drone to add another drone 
- Press + Add Equipment to add your new equipment

Step 4: Provide your new Hull information
- Enter make, model, serial number, and insured value
- Press Submit

Step 4: Review your new total insured value and inventory
- You will see the updated charges at the top of the screen
- Your new inventory will be added to the list 
- Press Save to continue (please note: charges and changes will be made immediately)  

Disclosure:  Adding drones or equipment can be done at any point throughout the policy period. 

Step 6: Make changes to your existing drones or equipment 
- Press on the pencil to change your make, model, and serial number
