When flying with DJI GO 4 or DJI GO, your flights are logged and recorded onto your personal device. In this guide we provide instructions for retrieving logs from Apple and Android devices.
Apple Users (IOS): Scroll down for Android
Step 1: Open the most updated version of iTunes on your computer and connect your IOS device. The picture below should resemble the iTunes screen that will open up. Click on the mobile icon in the top left corner to access your personal content.
Step 2: On the left side of the screen under Settings: click File Sharing > DJI GO 4 (Or DJI GO, depending on what app you are using) > Flight Records. Scroll with the arrow down until you reach the 'Save...' button.
Step 3: Save the flight records as a folder on your computer.
Step 4: Take the flight record TXT file and upload it to our DJI Pilot Portal.
Android Users (IOS):
Step 1: Connect your Android device to your PC.
Step 2: Select your device:
Step 3: Find the DJI folder.
Step 4: Select the relevant DJI app you are working with.
Step 5: Select the FlightRecord folder.
Step 6: Select the files that pertain to the flight you are looking for.
Step 7: Save all relevant files onto your PC and upload them to our DJI Pilot Portal.
