The electrical and electromechanical interference exclusion refers to a potential interference caused by your drone. If your drone causes electrical interference due to a crash, or your drone crashes due to any electrical interference you will indeed be covered for liability. If your drone or equipment experience unexpected electrical damage, such as GPS malfunction, connection error, due to deterioration or manufacture malfunction, this will not be covered.
For example, if when going out to operate the drone continuously receives GPS error before taking off, then the GPS likely needs to be replaced/fixed. This will not be covered as it does not result in physical damage. However, if your drone crashes and experiences physical damage due to an electrical malfunction, then it will in fact be covered by the policy. If a crash happened due to any electrical damage, it too will be covered.
