Once a SkyWatch.AI policy has been activated, it cannot be immediately cancelled through the app or web portal. Non-active policies cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- On-Demand Policies
- In the event that you have mistakenly purchased an on-demand hourly policy, you can send a cancellation request to support@skywatch.ai up to one hour after purchase. A cancellation request received after one hour cannot be approve.
- Pre-booked hourly policies can be cancelled up to one hour before flying time. A full refund will be given for cancellations of pre-booked policies through the app.
- Monthly Policies
- In the event that you have mistakenly purchased/renewed a monthly policy, you can send a cancellation request to support@skywatch.ai up to 48 hours after purchase/renewal. A cancellation request received after the 48 hour period cannot be approved.
- Annual Policies
- In the event that you have mistakenly purchased an annual policy, you can send a cancellation request to support@skywatch.ai up to 48 hours after purchase. A cancellation request after the 48 hour period will require a minimum of 30 days of coverage.
