You can turn your monthly auto-renew off at anytime; however, there is no option to cancel a policy once it has been activated directly from the app or web portal. Should your cancellation request be in the first 48 hours of the purchase, our team will review and get back to you about the given refund.
Only pre-booked policies can be cancelled directly from the app.
