SkyWatch.AI Cancellation Policy

SkyWatch.AI drone insurance policies are non-cancellable and nonrefundable unless they are pre-booked hourly policies. 

Pre-booked hourly policies can be cancelled up to one hour before flying time. A full refund will be given for cancellations of pre-booked policies through the app. 

In the event that you have mistakenly purchased a policy, you can send a cancellation request to canada@skywatch.ai up to 48 hours after purchase. A cancellation request received after the 48 hour period cannot be approved. 

Non-active monthly policies cannot be refunded.
